Prices in your store are indicated for a carton or one box?

All our prices are per carton. Usually in one carton are 10 box cigarette. You can find more detailed information about the number of cigarettes in one carton on the product page in the information tab.

Do I have to pay tobacco taxes if I order from you cigarettes?

We send orders as a parcel without material value of the goods. In the customs invoice, we do not indicate what exactly is in the parcel. You do not have to pay any extra fees or taxes in your country for cigarettes purchased from our company.

What's the difference between paid and free shipping?

With free shipping, we will ship your order by ground shipping method delivery (This delivery method is longer and may take 2-3 weeks within Europe and 3-4 weeks outside Europe)

With a paid shipping method, we will send your order by air delivery (This delivery method is quicker and may take 1-2 weeks within Europe and 2-3 weeks outside Europe)

How many cartons can I order in your store?

We do not have strict limits on how many cigarettes you order. You need to know the minimum order quantity starts from 1 carton , and if the quantity of your order exceeds 100 cartons, we recommend that you contact our technical support in advance to discuss the shipment of a large batch.

Do you provide a return guarantee if I don't receive my order?

Yes of course we provide a 35 day return guarantee on all undelivered items. After submitting your order have passed 20 days and you have not received your order?
