The information that follows is designed to help you understand our Refund/Reship Policy. Cheap-Cigarettes.org reserves the right to change, add or remove portions of this policy at any time by posting those changes to this web page. Such changes, made at our discretion, will become effective immediately upon posting. We request that you read the Refund Policy carefully, and consult it regularly for updates.

UNCLAIMED PARCELS / INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS DUE TO MISTAKE ON CUSTOMER’S PART

Refunds to our customers require return of the unclaimed or undeliverable packages by the USPS (the delivery service used). Refunds will be processed immediately following receipt of returned undeliverables.

LOST/STOLEN PARCELS

If we find – after tracking the package – that the shipped parcel(s) have been lost or stolen, we will either reship the items, or issue a full refund to the customer to cover the cost of the unreceived tobacco and smoking-related products on order.

INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If a customer erroneously receives an incorrect product due to a mistake on our part, we will gladly replace it with the correct one. Please contact us immediately, should this happen. You will need to return the mistakenly sent item(s) to us before we can make the exchange. If the mistake is on the customer’s part, he or she can ship the incorrect merchandise back to us, and we will either replace it with the intended item, or issue a refund for the unwanted product(s) that were ordered in error.

REJECTED ORDERS

If the customer decides after receiving his or her order that one or more items are no longer desired, that customer must return the unopened carton(s) or package(s) back to us, and we will issue a refund covering the price of the rejected item(s), less original shipping cost.

DAMAGED, NOT SATISIFED

If items arrive damaged, or if for any reason a customer is not satisfied with the quality of the product(s), the item(s) must be promptly returned to Cheap-Cigarettes.org in the condition received. Once returned, we will issue a refund for price of the returned product(s).

WE GUARANTEE DELIVERY. IF BY CHANCE YOUR ORDER IS NOT DELIVERED TO YOU WITHIN THE TIME FRAME INDICATED ON OUR SITE, WE GUARANTEE TO RESHIP IT FOR FREE WITHIN 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS. IF, AFTER 2 RESHIPMENTS, YOUR ORDER HAS STILL NOT BEEN DELIVERED TO YOU, WE GUARANTEE TO ISSUE A FULL REFUND COVERING THE COST OF THE NON-RECEIVED PRODUCTS.
