Moods is produced by Dannemann Cigarrenfabrik GmbH, whose production site is in Lübbecke, Germany. The company is the German operating arm of the Swiss-owned Dannemann Group, and the group’s brand range is published at dannemann-group.com.
The group belongs to the Burger family business of Switzerland, whose tobacco operations began in 1864 and which acquired the German Dannemann company in 1988. The name goes back to Geraldo Dannemann, who opened a cigar factory in Bahia, Brazil, in 1873. A new production hall at the Lübbecke site came into operation in January 2024.

Cartons are supplied as EU duty-paid packs, with the statutory health warning printed in Polish or English depending on the batch. Outers are manufacturer-sealed and are not repacked or split; the production code on the pack side panel identifies the edition on arrival.

Returns are accepted within 45 days of dispatch confirmation; opened packs are excluded, as are failed deliveries where no age-eligible recipient was present. Details are in the returns policy. Any import duty, excise or handling charge levied in the destination country is borne by the buyer and is not included in the order total.
