Colts Vanilla cigarillos are filtered cigarillos built on a Virginia and Burley short-filler enclosed in a homogenized tobacco leaf (HTL) wrapper. The variant is identified within the Colts lineup by its vanilla-characterized aromatic casing, applied to the Burley component of the filler. A cellulose acetate filter plug is fitted at the mouth end behind the tipping paper.

The HTL wrapper is produced from reconstituted tobacco sheet, rolled to a uniform thickness to support consistent combustion around the rod circumference.
